Control

Intensity, pan, tilt, colour temperature, iris and zoom — each labelled with the fixture's own range, so Pan · −270…270deg is what this unit can really do, not a generic dial. Gobo wheels appear as thumbnail grids, one grid per wheel.

When a state is worth keeping, save it as a Look:

Looks

Looks are named states of the rig, recalled in one click. They are deliberately not a cue list — no fades, no follow, no tracking. They exist so a scene can be shown, reviewed and sold without a console attached.

Pointing fixtures: Point2Focus

Setting pan and tilt by hand is fine for one unit and miserable for twelve. Point2Focus does it by pointing instead:

  1. Select the fixtures you want to aim.

  2. Activate Point2Focus (the target icon). It stays greyed out until something is selected.

  3. Click where they should point.

Point2Focus works in both Plan and Live — one of the few planning functions that does. Aim in the plan when you are working to a drawing, aim in Live when you are working to what you see.

Point2Focus in the plan view

While you aim, a ring marks the target and a line runs to it from every fixture that is pointing there. A line in the warning colour that stops short of the target is a fixture that cannot make the aim — out of arc, a scanner, or a mover locked out while a console is live. That is the whole report; there is no dialog.

In Plan this overlay is all the feedback there is: mover bodies do not turn in the plan and there are no beams to watch, so the lines are the only thing showing what the gesture did. In Live you get the same lines and the rig actually moving:

While the tool is active, a click in the viewport is always an aim, never a selection. To pick different fixtures, go back to Select or use the lists in the sidebar.

World holds the settings that belong to this computer, not to the show:

World

Working light (orientation only — casts no shadows, makes no beams, does not touch fixture output), grid visibility, venue size, spacing, and snap-to-grid.
